Mergers & Acquisitions
We advise mining, aggregates, construction materials, and industrial minerals companies, as well as investors and strategic acquirers, on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions involving operating businesses and resource-based assets. We serve as deal counsel on acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures involving quarries, aggregates operations, and construction materials assets. We provide due diligence and transaction support focused on the issues that drive value and risk in the sector, including mineral reserves, permitting status, quarry leases, mineral rights, reclamation obligations, land use constraints, and environmental liabilities.
Permitting Strategy

Contracts
We provide drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements supporting the operation and development of resource-based businesses, including vendor and supply agreements, services contracts, equipment and materials procurement, and other operational contracts related to extraction, processing, and transportation activities.
