Everview Sponsors 2023 CalCIMA Education Conference

Everview is pleased to announce that it sponsors the 2023 CalCIMA Education Conference. The long-running conference is led by the California Construction and Industrial Materials Association (CalCIMA), a non-profit organization that brings together aggregate, industrial mineral, and concrete producers to provide information, training, and education.

The 2023 conference will offer a full program that covers a variety of current issues in the construction and industrial materials industry. For the conference Sustainability Session, Everview attorney Brad Johnson will present Protecting Mineral Rights for the Future, a discussion for mine operators and other industry players that will explain the legal fundamentals of mineral rights in private deeds, leases, and on federal lands, with case study examples of how best to protect mineral rights for the long term.
