    Everview worked with a renewable energy client to draft and negotiate design-build and interconnection agreements for a commercial energy project at a major agricultural processing operation. The final design-build agreement included strong liability and warranty provisions in favor of the firm’s client.

  • Everview Secures Approval of Commercial Scale Solar Energy Project

    Everview helped a renewable energy client secure approval of a commercial scale solar power project in California. The project will add resilience to the region’s power grid, will have near-zero land impacts, and will contribute to local ecosystem health through under-panel pollinator habitat.

  • Everview Defends Commercial Scale Renewable Energy Project Against Appeal

    Everview successfully defended against a CEQA-based appeal of a County’s approval of a commercial-scale renewable energy project. Everview demonstrated that the County fully complied with CEQA when reviewing the project, which helped secure the County’s denial of the appeal.
